Black Women, White men, And Wishing For Mixed Race Children

Black Women, White men, And Wishing For Mixed Race Children (Mulatto Children)

(interracial relationships between white men and black women who have bi racial children, but refuse to recognize mulattoes as a separate group — but they want their bi racial children labeled non black)

Chance writes: This essay does not apply to all black women who are married to white men. It only applies to black females who fit this psychological and behavioral description. This essay is based upon my observations and experience of a certain type of black women who marry white men. There are certain women from other ethnic groups who fit this description also. This essay is not an attack on black women who marry white men and date men from other ethnic groups inter racially.

There are many wonderful interracial relationships between black women and men from other ethnic. This essay is not about men or women from other ethnic groups, it is about a particular type of black female who marries a white man, and end up bitter, negative, rude, angry, resentful, and revengeful.

By Chance Kelsey, chancellorfiles.com

I would recommend that many black women go marry white men and non black men, this would help out mulattoes who have some black ancestry, because out of fear a white man will not on average follow the one drop blood rule because he does not want his bi racial (mulatto) child mistreated.

A black woman married to a white man would be more interested in having her child labeled bi racial and mixed instead of black only, because she does not want her child to go through the degradation of being treated like a black person in America. She remembers all of the humiliation and pain that she went and stills goes through because she is black. One thing I find interesting though is this, these same black women (who are married to white men) see mulattoes, light skins, Mgm (multigenerational mixed), and bi racials (when the black woman does not know that the FGM (first generational mix (mulatto)) is a biracial) as black people who are just mixed with white and some other non white ethnic group. In other words they still labeled these people black and nothing but blacks with admixtures and light skin but still just black.

Then they want too argue with mulattoes and light skins by saying you all just want to deny your blackness and are filled with self hatred. But when they have bi racial kids with white men they don’t want these bi racial kids labeled black only, but want multigenerational mulattoes and light skins labeled black under the one drop blood rule. And, don’t want their bi racial kids labeled black under the one drop blood rule. She (black woman) sees some light skin man who is 25 years old with visible signs of black ancestry, and then she says to her self this person is just a light skin black person (she just applied the one drop blood rule).

The reality is, the young light skin man has a white father and black mother, but this black woman just labeled him a simple member of the black race of America. She then says to herself black men are worthless, irresponsible, inferior, sexually unfaithful, abusive, and negative. Now when she has children with her white husband she doesn’t want them seen as simply light skin blacks, she wants them seen anything but black.

She wants them treated and seen as bi racial. Yet, she denies the same opportunity to be seen as mixed to multigenerational mixed and light skins MGM stands for Multigenerational mulatto or multigenerational mix etc.

The same black woman goes into the super market and she sees another light skin mixed man who has visible signs of black ancestry and white ancestry. She says, to her self he is a black man who is just light skin. Now this light skin mixed man is mgm (multigenerational mulatto or multigenerational mix), she can not tell the difference between an mgm and bi racial person (fgm first generational mix) she labeled both men light skin black. Also, she view them as being apart of the inferior worthless type of black men who have failed black woman and Black America.

The reality is this, the mgm and bi racial (fgm) have been labeled black under the one drop blood rule, and therefore, to some degree their destiny has been chosen for them unfortunately. In the case of mutigenerational mulatto (mix) most of them have been forced to live and be raised generation after generation in black culture and black sub culture. Therefore, they have picked up many of the bad negative habits and attitudes of black America. Then many of the bi racials even when they are raised in a white neighborhood (what ever neighborhood their non black fathers ethnic group live in) they still assimilate a lot of black culture and black sub culture. The reason once again in both cases of Mgm and Fgm (bi racials) is the one drop blood rule.

The one drop blood rule makes sure that no matter who you are if you have visible black ancestry and are not Latino you will be labeled black. Observe this, when an Asian woman and a white man have children many of their kids Identify as white, and white society accepts them as white to some degree. The actor Keanu Reeves has a Chinese American father and his mother is white and Keanu Reeves is accepted as white. But a child who has an Asian mother and black father will be seen as bi racial but at the sametime will be seen as black mainly because of the one drop blood rule.

The point is that many black women in my opinion admire light skin mulattoes (mulattos) because they carry a lot of white ancestry. They don’t want the mulattoes, light skins, mgm, Fgm, and bi racials to leave the black American race (unless it is their own bi racial children) because of jealousy, anger at the white race, self hate, sexually attracted to light skin men, not wanting to be left with dark skin black men and caramel skin black men, wishing they were light skin, and many other reasons.

The mixed ones (mulattoes) are trying to move foreword towards becoming legally (law) recognized as being a separate group from black Americans, and after this recognition mulattoes will move towards becoming white. In order for mulattoes to reach the level of white in America, they have to become recognized as a separate group from blacks first. Then move on into whiteness the way Asians, Latinos, and other ethnic groups have.

Some of these black women when the marriages between them and white men end in divorce become bitter and resentful. Divorce is a painful thing to go through, and some people are never able to mentally bounce back from a divorce. Example a black woman who get a divorce from her white husband turns around and now tell her two mixed blooded children that they are now black children. She teaches then that they are black and are not to say they are white. By doing this she is enforcing the one drop blood rule; she wants her two kids to feel all of the self hate and jealous she has about being born a black woman. She says to herself why should my two biracial children have it better than me? She teaches them to hate their white father and hate white people, and this adds to the confusion because the biracial children can see that they are mixed with white. The black mother secretively wish she was a light skin mixed looking woman, but she is resentful because she was born dark skin or caramel skin black. This shows too that she is jealous of light skin women who have some black ancestry. But the angry teachings back fire the biracial children when they grow up star to want to remain separate from blacks, these two children now adults want there to be a third ethnic category where they and those like them can be labeled separate from whites and blacks. The young adult biracials remember how hard it was growing up with an angry resentful black mother, and how they were mistreated by blacks because they showed visible sign of having a lot of white ancestry.

This will also cause more interracial marriages among mulattoes, Asians, Whites, and others. This will help the white race become brown and a mulatto type ethnic group, and being white will mean nothing special anymore. White supremacists will loose total power. These black women married to white men who want to keep mulattoes in the black race — fail to understand that, mulattoes who are trying to free themselves from the black race, and have third category (that will be a transition category that will lead to being labeled and accepted as white down the road) are also helping out the bi racial kids that these black women and white men have.

Not letting mulattoes go and wanting them to remain black only, verifies in some peoples mind that many blacks dislike being born black, jealous of mulattoes and light skins, feel oppressed and want mulattoes to go down in the trash dumpster with them, and many other embarrassing reasons. Mulattoes move on towards whiteness heck you’re already mixed with European anyway. White men you are going to recognize us as your half brothers and sisters (mulattoes).

  1. This is sad commentary man. It’s incredible that people even care about this stuff. If people worried more about raising their kids right than their skin color, everybody would be a lot better off.

  2. It’s a good thing this is a non-factual based comment and just your opinion because it sounds horrible. You first need to take into account that white women dominate the media. Black women like Black men are taught self-hate. It surrounds us. When we turn on the television our newscasters are white with blond hair, the only Black people usually seen are the ones going to jail. The system is not for Blacks. The one thing I will agree with in your “opinion based article” is that Blacks are seen as being the lowest class in America and around the world for that matter. Next time I would suggest you keep your ignorant, unresearched opinions to yourself. This is how ignorance spreads.

  3. @ Rashid,

Good to see you man, and the article was written based upon my observations of what is going on.

  4. @ Keyea,

Keyea said: Next time I would suggest you keep your ignorant, unresearched opinions to yourself. This is how ignorance spreads.

My Response: This is my website, I did not ask you to come by here and waste time reading. You did this yourself. On my website I can voice my opinions and ideas regardless of what others say. Remember you came by my website and left a comment.

Keyea said: Black women like Black men are taught self-hate.

My response: That is only partially true, a lot of the self hate manifest because many blacks really do dislike blacks. Many of them attack each other totally unprovoked and enjoy inflicting mental, emotional, and physical pain on each other. Many black women are like this too, and therefore produce lower type children whom continue unfortunately the cycle. It makes some people ask is it genetically based.
Culture can’t explain all of the black pathologies that torment blacks.

Keyea said: Blacks are seen as being the lowest class in America and around the world for that matter.

My response: That is true and many blacks also treat blacks like they are the lowest racial group in the world.

Thank you, for coming by Keyea

Greetings Chance! As always – provocative and thought provoking! Keep up the good work! PS: May I borrow this article for my site? Thanks in advance;-)

  6. @ Marlon,

Good to hear from you and yes you can post it at your site. I glad to hear from you again Marlon, you always show up at the right time. I hope you have been doing well and swell in life, As always thanks for coming by.

  7. Lois

Chance keep up the good work, I Love reading your articles!!!! (smiles)

However you forgot to add what happen when the white man leaves this angry black woman? She then becomes even more resentful, and tries to make the biracial child black again by pushing the ODR on the biracial child. Confusing the biracial child even more because of her own self hate and jealously. “Saying to the Biracial child why should you have it better than me?”. Often teaching their hate of whites to their biracial children while secretly wishing they themselves were mulatto women. What happens when their teaching of hate backfires? Many Mulatto’s recognizing they want their own separate group or category that will free them and their offspring from being labeled Black by the ODR.

    @ Lois,

Upadte — Lois I added more to the essay about black women who resent it when their white husbands divorce them.

Good to see you come by, and thank you, I am grateful that you enjoy reading my articles. I will also, add to my essay that what you said about how many of these black women act when white men leave them. I will do that today or tomorrow. These are issues that must be talked about in society — because interracial children are becoming more numerous. Please come back again Lois, I appreciate your comments.

  9. Lois

Thanks Chance I noticed. Always remember this: “Everyone likes an honest person however no one wants to hear the truth”. Keep up the good work and keep writting because I always come by to check on your latest work!!!

  10. chance

    @ Lois,

I sure will keep it up because the truth needs to be told and sometimes we fear being called names, physically assaulted, threatened, etc but someone has to be the bold who says what others won’t say but it needs to be said. This is a sacrifice for truth and humanity.

Good to see you again Lois and please do return.

This is just sad. I see why they want to do away with the internet and just start over, because people like you are allowed to post whatever they want…unfounded, unresearched, and ignorant information. It is because of people like you that people like me are stigmatize and ostracized for our decisions.
I sir am a black woman married to a white man. However unlike your assumptions I am not seeking to label my children, nor am I filled with self-hate, and/or resent black men.
The sole reason that I decided to marry outside of my race (most black women who have done the same would probably agree) was because I was tired of limiting myself to only black men for a suitable mate. It just happened that the man I married was white. If my marriage breaks up then I won’t be bitter as you claim. Life goes on! I will not try to make my children “black” either! They are what they are bi-racial. Oh, and on that note…what is wrong with a child being labeled as bi-racial in the first place? As a mother I would not want MY child labeled as “mulatto’s,” they are not some coffee drink they are children. A mix of me and their father (hence the term bi-racial), referring to them as anything less is nothing more than racial slander and an insult to my family.
Your tone and attack of black women who made that choice seems to imply your own self-hatred, and resentment towards them. Did a black woman leave YOU for a white man?
I understand that this is your blog and I further understand that I was not required to post a reply. I just wanted you to know that you struck a nerve. You really should not write about what you do not know. It is easy to say “well this is what I have observed,” but I think that it is not what you have seen. It is what you want to believe. You are entitled to your opinion. Just keep in mind that you can not control the people who come across your page or how they use this inaccurate information.

My Response: Cory, you say you are a black woman, and on the internet you can be anyone you choose to be anonymity. Your comment is what matters not who you are or claim to be. This is a free country, so the blogs and websites can post as they please, many of your fellow blacks do it all the time. Unfounded, un-researched, ignorant information what I wrote is based upon my observations and encounters with black women alright. You don’t need researchers from a university all the time to do fact finding for you. I have my opinions just like the researchers do. Somethings can be observes with out researchers. People like you are stigmatized by certain members of your black race, just like your fellow black men are criticized by certain black women because many black men date white women whom many of you black women envy (not all black women though). In my essay the first sentence

Says: I would recommend that many black women go marry white men and non black men, this would help out mulattoes who have some black ancestry, because out of fear a white man will not on average follow the one drop blood rule because he does not want his bi racial (mulatto) child mistreated.

Now this proves that I am not apart of those who would criticize black women who marry white men. You black people have a right to do your own thing in life. Hey my people do there thing in life!!!

Also, I have no problems with children being labeled bi racial the essay implied that. The fact, that you tried to make it seem like I dislike bi racial mixed children, proves that you have characteristics similar to the black women that my essay spoke of.
What I mean by this is this, like many black women you admire white genetics and white blood (by the way which I am a carrier of) but claiming that black is beautiful (which it is) but hating your selves for being black and envying mixed race people. Then you have a bi racial child and now you try to make it look like I am against bi racial children — by saying what is wrong with being being biracial, when you know that my essay was supporting bi racial and mixed people. You come across as a black woman who is just happy to have children mixed with white, thus verifying certain things I said in the essay. Now that you have bi racial children it is alright now to say what is wrong with being bi racial, but as before you had them — you would declare that any black woman that had a bi racial child that child is still black. So miss me with that statement. I will say this I support mixed race people.

Cory said: Your tone and attack of black women who made that choice seems to imply your own self-hatred, and resentment towards them. Did a black woman leave YOU for a white man?

My Response said: Currently I have never dated a black woman, and I am mixed race. I am a white boy too, and I am not ashamed of being mixed. I don’t care who gets angry because of I accept all that I am mixed with. Maybe in the future a black woman and I will date, that is very possible, black women are some of the most beautiful women in world (so are other ethnicities too). I am opened minded.

Cory the black women that I speak of are a type of black women not all of you black women are this way Okay. I feel that some of the things I said in the essay touched you in a way that was very powerful because there was an aura of truth to what I said, and this produced some anger. I mean no harm, but I will speak my mind on my website that’s why I own my site. And, I stand by what I said, in the essay because it is true in the case of some black women. Cory if you really are a black woman, and if you have kids with one of my fellow white men I support you and your white husband. I feel also, that the more interracial marriages the better. This will turn the white race brown and the black race brown. Therefore, whiteness and blackness will become brownness no more blacks feeling inferior and no more white superiority.
More power to the mixed race.

Cory thank you for coming by and please don’t feel offended. You are welcome to comment on any of my essays (post).

i really appreciate the matter-of-fact style of your work…as an MGM whom has transcended false blackness and now uses my “Honorary White” status to help free Mulattos, I commend you.

Asians, latinos, and other non whites in America have an honorary white status, so why not mulattoes? An honorary white status in America means you have been accepted into the general American main stream. Mulattoes are half white so why o they above all deserve to be accepted into America’s main stream — because they descend from white forefathers as well as black forefathers.

You are welcomed Kahlil and yes, we must use our abilities to help free our fellow mulattos understand that they are not black only. They are part white and part of what ever other ethnic groups they are mixed with. Mulattos are neither here (Europe) nor their (Africa), nor over yonder (other ethnic groups), but mulattos (mixed race) we are a combination of whatever we are mixed with. We are the cosmic people mixed. I try to speak and write in a way that is strait forward, and matter of fact.

WE ARE ALL A PART OF THE HUMAN RACE. WHEN YOU START TALKING ABOUT FORMING ONE MIXED RACE INSTEAD OF DIFFERENT RACES, IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU ALL ARE PROMOTING ETHNIC CLEANSING.

HAVING A BUNCH OF MIXED RACE BABIES IS NOT GOING TO SOLVE OUR RACIAL ISSUES.IF MULTI-ETHNIC INDIVIDUALS WANT TO SEPARATE YOURSELF FROM THE BLACK RACE THEN JUST DO IT AND STOP OFFENDING OTHER RACES IN THE PROCESS, DOING SO ONLY IGNITES MORE HATRED.

IF GOD INTENDED FOR ALL OF US TO BE ONE RACIAL TYPE, THEN HE WOULD NOT BLESS NOAH WITH SONS OF DIFFERENT RACES. THERE WERE SOME BLACK PEOPLE WHO WERE SHUNNED BY MIXED RACE INDIVIDUALS AS WELL WHO THOUGHT THAT THERE PERCENTAGE OF EUROPEAN BLOOD MADE THEM SUPERIOR TO BLACKS.

GOD MADE ME A BLACK PERSON JUST LIKE HE MADE MIXED RACE PERSONS, AND ASIAN AND WHITE AND LATINO PERSONS AND ETC. WE ARE ALL WELL MADE BY OUR CREATOR, AND WE NEED TO FOCUS ON WHAT WE CAN DO AS HUMAN BEINGS TO SURVIVE IN THIS CRAZY WORLD, INSTEAD OF SEPARATING OURSELVES TO PROVE POINTS AND SOLVE ISSUES.

RACIAL PRIDE IS WRONG, BECAUSE IT PROMOTES RACIAL SUPREMACY;NO ONE IS SUPPOSE GIVE THE IMPRESSION THAT THERE RACE IS BETTER THAN ANOTHER PERSON’S RACE.

PRIDE IS ONE OF THE SEVEN DEADLY SINS, SO THEREFORE, SOMETHING DEADLY ALWAYS COME OUT OF RACIAL PRIDE. A LOT OF PEOPLE OF AFRICAN LINEAGE WERE LYNCHED BECAUSE OF WHITE PRIDE. MANY PEOPLE WERE KILLED ON 9/11, BECAUSE OF ARAB PRIDE. MANY JEWS WERE KILLED DURING THE HOLOCAUST BECAUSE OF GERMAN PRIDE.

WE ARE ALL PEOPLE AND EVERY RACE NEEDS TO CONTINUE ON TO EXIST.

  22. Denise

WHAT HAPPENED TO MY COMMENT!LOL.WELL ANYWAY HERE IS SOME OF THE ISSUES THAT WERE RAISED IN MY MISSING COMMENT. THE HUMAN RACE CONSISTS OF DIFFERENT WALKS OF LIFE, WE NEED TO ACCEPT THEM AND LET’S WORK TOGETHER AS A PEOPLE NOT AS A RACE. GIVING BIRTH TO MIXED RACE BABIES WILL NOT SOLVE ANY PROBLEMS; GIVING BIRTH TO ANY RACE WILL NOT SOLVE ANY PROBLEMS.

GOD BLESSED NOAH WITH SONS OF DIFFERENT RACES, SO THEREFORE, ALL RACES ARE VIEWED AS EQUAL.

PRIDE IS ONE OF THE SEVEN DEADLY SINS, SO THEREFORE, RACIAL PRIDE HAD DEADLY CONSEQUENCES. WHITE PRIDE= LYNCHINGS. BLACK PRIDE=BIAS TOWARD MIXED RACE INDIVIDUALS AND RESENTMENT. MIXED RACE PRIDE=RESENTMENT AND A NEW RACIAL DIVIDE. ARAB PRIDE=9/11. GERMAN PRIDE=THE HOLOCAUST, AND THE LIST GOES ON AND ON.

YOU SAY THAT MIXED PERSONS SHOULD SEPARATE THEMSELVES FROM BLACKS, WELL HOW BECAUSE FIRST OF ALL, AFRICAN AMERICANS ARE MIXED RACE BLACK PEOPLE. YOU ALL ARE BASING MIX RACE ON SKIN COLOR, WHICH IS WRONG BECAUSE… WELL HERE IS WHY:
WHITNEY HOUSTON(DARK BROWN BLACK): has a white grandparent.
MELANIE “MEL B.” BROWN(BROWN COMPLEXION): has a white mother and a black father.
SAMANTHA MUMBA(POP STAR)(HAS A DARK CARAMEL COMPLEXION): she has and Irish mother and a black father.
KOLA BOOF, author(dark brown skinned), she has an Arab father and a Sudanese mother.

EVERY AMERICAN BORN BLACK PERSON IS MIXED RACE,AND WE ARE ALL A PART OF THE HUMAN RACE LET’S EMBRACE THAT AND STOP FOCUSING ON LABELS. FORMING YOUR OWN RACE, WHEN YOU ARE INDEED MIXED MEANS THAT YOU TOO ARE IN SEARCH FOR ACCEPTANCE AS RACE, WHEN IN FACT YOU DO NOT BELONG TO ANY.

  23. Denise

OOPS, LOL. I NOTICED THAT MY COMMENT WAS POSTED ALREADY, I THOUGHT THAT IT HAD DISAPPEARED WELL ANYWAY, I GUESS YOU GUYS WILL GET A DOUBLE DOSE OF ME, LOL.

Response: I agree that all blacks or most have some admixture (mixed with another ethnic group), but the reality is some people are not black at all this have been DNA and genetically proven. Also the mulatto people were forced to live with blacks when the mulattoes were separate at first. It is because of this living with that your sister feels the way she does about her darker skin. She see mixed race people among her race. The reality is, that as long as mulattoes or mixed race people are among blacks they will always in general be favored over people who are dark skin and in general caramel skin.

The reason is because they look mixed with white and other non black ethnic groups, and many blacks themselves admire the mixed race look. Blacks want mulattoes to stay black because they feel oppressed and don’t want anyone to escape the oppression. Blacks keep wanting mulattoes to stay with them because they feel that mulattoes look better or more intelligent, superior, etc blacks hold the same superior views about mulattoes that whites hold about mulattoes. Why care how mulattoes (mixed race)
describe themselves or identity. Many mulattoes don’t care how blacks identify. Let people choose there own identity.

  25. Says:

    Question for Denise:

I don’t understand why you are on this blog? Why are you tracking what mixed-race people do? Why are you so interested in Mulattoes? Also, how is it your business how we identify?

We’ve served our purpose when we were forced to identify as black on the census form when “Mu” (Mulatto) was removed, so please don’t be afraid to let us go…

  26. Denise

First of all, I have never heard of Caramel(CLICHE)colored people having issues with skin color. It is usually the dark skinned people with strong nilotic features who are often have hang ups about skin color, because of white supremacy.Yes, I do believe that a lot of people in general believe that blacks are inferior, and the blacks who believe that they are inferior are the ones who were raised to believe that they are that way, not because they are black.

Mixed race people have a bad reputation regarding skin color and attitude. Already people believe that light skinned people think that they are all of that and “stuck up”. You all are just feeding into the stereotypes.

WE LIVE IN A WORLD THAT IS DOMINATED BY WHITE SUPREMACY, AND AS LONG AS ANYONE HAS BLACK BLOOD IN THEIR VEINS THEY ARE GOING TO RECEIVE THE SAME TREATMENT AS BLACKS, EVEN WORSE, IF YOU HAVE SOME EUROPEAN BLOOD. WHITE PEOPLE WANT NO PARTS OF YOU, THE ONLY ONES WHO DO ARE YOUR WHITE PARENT OR GRANDPARENTS. IT IS BLACK PEOPLE WHO WERE LYNCHED AND BEATEN, TO ENSURE THAT ANYONE WITH BLACK LINEAGE, WOULD BE TREATED WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT.

IF THEIR WAS A RACE RIOT, BLACKS WOULD BE ON YOUR SIDE, AND WILL FIGHT FOR YOU IN A MINUTE. DESPITE THE BROWN PAPER BAG TEST, THE BLUE VEIN SOCIETY, AND THE COMB TEST, WE STILL WERE WILLING TO DIE FOR YOU TO HAVE EQUALITY.MULATTOES:W.E.B DEBOIS, FREDRICK DOUGLASS, BOOKER T. WASHINGTON, ADAM CLAYTON POWELL JR, WOULD BE ASHAMED IF THEY SAW BIRACIAL PEOPLE TODAY PREACHING RACIAL SEPARATISM,TRYING TO LABEL BLACKS AS THESE COLOR STRUCK,JEALOUS PEOPLE WHO ARE BEGGING LIGHT SKINNED FOLKS TO STAY.

I BET THAT THERE ARE SOME WHITE PEOPLE ON HERE PRETENDING TO BE BIRACIAL PEOPLE SO THAT THEY CAN GET BLACK PEOPLE TO HATE BIRACIAL PEOPLE.

BLACKS ARE NOT GOING TO SUFFER BECAUSE WE ARE THE MOST HATED RACE IN THE WORLD, THAT IS WHY PEOPLE OFTEN DISOWN THEIR AFRICAN ROOTS.REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU SAY ABOUT BLACK PEOPLE WE WILL BE THERE FOR YOU, BECAUSE WE WILL ACCEPT YOU BEFORE ANY RACE WILL.

IT IS ASHAME THAT BLACK PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS EMBRACING PEOPLE WHO END UP BETRAYING THEM, AND DISSING THEM.

    HUMANKIND FOR ALL HUMANS.

ALTHOUGH I AM TECHNICALLY A MULTI-ETHNIC PERSON, I FEEL THAT THIS “MULATTO” MOVEMENT IS GOING TO CREATE ANOTHER GENERATION OF PEOPLE WHO DO NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH BLACK PEOPLE. I AM SPEAKING THE TRUTH. BLACKS ARE HATED BY ALL RACES OF PEOPLE IN THE WORLD, INCLUDING MOST MULLATOS. MOST PEOPLE OF AFRICAN DESCENT WANT TO IGNORE OR DISACKNOWLEGE THEIR AFRICAN ROOTS, IN FEAR OF BEING HATED BY MOST RACIAL GROUPS. SINCE THIS WEBSITE IS FOR BIRACIAL PEOPLE, THEN HOW COME THERE ARE NO MULTI-ETHNIC PEOPLE ON HERE THAT DO NOT HAVE ANY BLACK BLOOD, FOR EXAMPLE: SOMEONE WHO IS ASIAN/WHITE, OR MEXICAN/WHITE(MESTIZO), OR SOMEONE WHO IS SAY ARAB/CHINESE.

COLORISM EXISTS IN THE BIRACIAL COMMUNITY. MOST OF THE BI(MULTI)ETHNIC PEOPLE YOU SEE ON TELEVISION ARE THE ONES WITH THE STRONG EUROPEAN FEATURES AND STRAIGHT HAIR AND LIGHT SKINNED. YOU RARELY SEE DARKER SKINNED BIRACIAL PEOPLE LIKE MEL.B AND SAMANTHA MUMBA, AND CINDY FROM EN VOGUE ON TELEVISION OR MAGAZINES.
THESE DARKER SKINNED BIRACIAL PEOPLE ARE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST IN THE BIRACIAL COMMUNITY.

YOU ALWAYS SEE THE CURLY HAIRED MIXED RACE CHILDREN IN ADS, BUT NEVER THE ONES WITH THE KINKY HAIR AND DARKER SKINNED. YOU SAY THAT BLACKS ARE COLOR STRUCK. MIXED RACE PEOPLE ARE ALSO COLOR STRUCK AS WELL, AND ARE THE REASON WHY MOST BLACKS ARE COLOR STRUCK. HALLE BERRY EVEN SAID THAT MOST PEOPLE DID NOT BELIEVE THAT SHE HAD A WHITE MOTHER. I BET MOST OF YOU ON HERE WOULD NEVER HAVE THE GUTS TO SAY THESE THINGS IN FRONT OF BLACK PEOPLE, BUT YOU SAY THAT YOU ARE APART OF A MOVEMENT.

I IDENTIFY WITH BLACKS MORE, BECAUSE WE SHARE A HISTORY OF STRUGGLE TOGETHER, AND I KNOW THAT A BLACK PERSON WILL DEFEND ME IN A RACIAL CRISIS BEFORE A WHITE PERSON WOULD-UNLESS THEY ARE ONE OF MY RELATIVES OR A TRUE CHRISTIAN WHITE PERSON.

  31. Chance

Denise you are talking to Kahlil I know, but I want to throw this in very quickly.

Bi Racial website, this is my personal website nothing more. Biracial people come by that is true. Also, you don’t know what ethnic group many people are unless you are clairvoyant, you can’t tell which race someone is when they come here unless you have prior knowledge. All kinds of people come here, but some are not who they claim to be. You may not be a woman, you man be a man, you may not be from the ethnic group you claim. This is the Internet you can be anybody.

Yes, colorism is among bi racial and that is because of the ODR (one drop blood rule). Colorism is a pain.

  32. Elle

I plan to have a biracial child in the future (I think they’re better looking), and she (hopefully a girl) will probably be considered black because that’s how society views it. I have absolutely no qualms with her calling herself mulatta, it’s her life. I just hope she knows what she’s getting herself into. If I were her I wouldn’t go around announcing it, especially to black people. And I would hope she isn’t secretly trying to be white or to be accepted by whites. But I highly doubt that any mothers are jealous of their own children. I think that’s a very saddening statement. Mothers sacrifice their bodies, go through hours of pain and suffering to give birth, wake up every hour of the night to feed and change us, and do so much for us, only to have us accuse them of jealousy?

And yes no one respects black people. It’s pretty obvious by now. Everyone has distanced themselves from black people, including me. I don’t think blacks are the most “hated” race because you only hate people you are actually jealous of or feel threatened by. No one is jealous of or feels threatened by black people, with the exceptions of crime, pathologies, and affirmative action. I think that blacks are actually the least respected rather than most hated race of all, although Hispanics and Native Americans may be the least respected.

I think the best solution for everyone, especially mulattos and black conservatives/libertarians, would be: instead of starting a mulatto movement, instead of doing the same old protesting and grassroots work of the 60s, just disperse, become individuals, take advantage of capitalism and the opportunities afforded here, develop individual pride, establish relationships with people who are successful or striving for success, forget about what your race is, and fight the stigma of blackness through personal achievement.

wow, am so amazed by this blacks and mutt blacks.. it so funny that “mulattos” think any one would accept them.. from my P.O.V, ur still a NIGGER, no matter how much u tryna deny it, to us Africans, u r still what they portray u as on TV, u r still a descent of black slaves whether u like it or not, u dont have any culture so as they say, U WILL NEVER BE ACCEPTED INTO THE WHITE COMMUNITY, no matter how hard u try.. ur still an “AKATA” whether u like it or not, ur a lost cat…

  34. Elle

Well it looks like no one wants to associate with black Americans, not mulattos and not Africans either. Bee, do you think we Africans will ever be accepted into white society? I have my doubts. Honestly this isolation from the general population in this country is totally ridiculous. I think blacks (mulattoes and Africans included, because you know we have a hard time being accepted too, even Asians do at times) should do something drastic to put a stop to this isolation: 1. leave the country and go live someplace else. This seems like a bad idea as America is easily the best place for blacks to live, or anyone. But it’s not dignified to stay where you’re not wanted 2.Whiten. I am tempted to just whiten my family line through intermarriage. Yes African culture is marvelous but our families can enjoy it as whites. I like the second option.

  35. Anonymous

    here’s the truth:

Blacks will NEVER fully be accepted in White Society because you’re not SUPPOSED to be striving for White Acceptance! The Black Americans’ best bet is to separate [a La Farrakhan]—ony then will you be at peace.

As far as Mulatos go, we will ALWAYS be partially accepted in both for Blood is thicker than water.

We were House Servants because our Fathers loved us & wanted to raise us.

It is TIME for you Black people to let us go. We DID our job; we fought for & won your human rights for you; now your future is in your OWN hands, hearts & minds.

    Educate your children properly.

    Elle:
please be careful. Rebecca Walker [biracial] wrote an article about her Black Indian Mother, Alice Walker, having issues with her bi-raciality. Your daughter will embody [not just physically] the oppressive forces which have forced you into the very decision to have her. DON’T attempt to resolve your suffering thru her. Practice Self-Love-that’s your ONLY curative defense against racism.

Blacks are DEFINITELY more respected than Indians & Latinos because they won civil rights non-violently. Indians reacted violently & damn near became instinct. Latinos are America’s new Blacks [i.e., Slaves]. Period.

    I quote:
“I think the best solution for everyone, especially mulattos and black conservatives/libertarians, would be: instead of starting a mulatto movement, instead of doing the same old protesting and grassroots work of the 60s, just disperse, become individuals, take advantage of capitalism and the opportunities afforded here, develop individual pride, establish relationships with people who are successful or striving for success, forget about what your race is, and fight the stigma of blackness through personal achievement.”

Yes, Elle, Whitening is the ONLY logical solution other than separating [which Blacks have made clear that, collectively, they wish not to do so]. Yet, Whitening is also admitting defeat; whereas retreating says, “Whitey, you’ve won…for now.” The 3rd solution is to go The Indian Route which only a few thousand Blacks are willing to do.

My response: The essay is about black women and white men that was my focus nothing more. Bee you just used the word NIGGER to in a derogatory manner, now that proves you view blacks very highly. Often when blacks get angry they use the word nigger towards a black person or mulatto they are angry at but yet they talk all of that love. Many blacks and Africans really hate who they are, and this is why they treat their fellow blacks bad. So all of that talk about Dark and Handsome is not authenticate BEE because you don’t like black. Akata means cotton picker it is referring to those black Americans who are descendants of slaves meaning black Americans of today. Well many blacks in Africa wish they could have been born in America, but were born in unhappy negative African black government run countries. They are jealous of blacks and mulattoes who were born in America, on top of that mulattoes were racial created in America not Africa or Europe so mulattoes have justification for being in America.

Mulattoes are already half white, and blacks don’t accept mulattoes as being black in the truest sense of th word anyway that’s why many blacks attack and mistreat mulattoes. Mulattoes are already white and don’t need a particular group of whites to acknowledge them, the physical body of mulatto verifies his or her whiteness. Mulattoes are not trying to deny blackness they are just trying to avoid being called racist because by accepting their black ancestry only they re discriminating against their white ancestry so lets accept them both.

Bee you said mulattoes look feminine well the more feminine you the more sexy and handsome you are in the eyes of other people. This is why many black men who are dark skin and caramel skin prefer mulattas over black and caramel skin women. The white man is viewed as less masculine than the black man, but the mulatto is viewed as in the middle, masculine enough and handsome enough thus trumping black and white men because we carry both genes inside of us. The more testosterone the more masculine the men, the more estrogen the more feminine you look. Estrogen is the female hormone, and is why women look feminine. Men carry estrogen too, but to a lesser degree than women, women carry testosterone but to a lesser degree than men. Black men carry more testosterone than any group of men on the planet, and the more testosterone the more semi unattractive you look in physical appearance. The average mulatto have less testosterone than a black man but a little more estrogen thus handsome and masculine in appearance combined. The black American man is viewed as looking better than the average black man from Africa because the Black American man has some white and other non white ethnic groups blood in him — this helps make them look a little better than black African men on average. The same general rule also applies to black American women and black African women.

So mulattoes have the best of both worlds. The mulatto mans go feminine looks makes many black women desire him too. The mulatto man has white in him and this causes many black women to go crazy desiring him.

If a Black doesn’t wish to deal with being Black [like Elle, who's honesty & reasoning is respectful toward ALL humanity] & wishes to enter The Mulatto Community through Whitening, I welcome her; just as The Blacks welcomed my family in their communities during the Louisiana Purchase segregation. I believe it’s healthy to maintain reasonable Tribal divisions [for the sake of Cultural Survival]; but to ‘REACH ACROSS’ Tribal lines during times of crisis…for that’s how the World works.
Elle, welcome to The Mulatto Community & may your sweet child help ALL mankind!

  41. The Chef

Chance, as a Proud Mulatto, I recently had an intetresting exchange with a young Tongan gentleman from Auckland whom crediblyidentifies with Black & Mulatto struggle. Turns out that “Down Under”, the native Pacific Islanders [i.e., Fijians, Tongans, Samoans, etc.] have the same experiences as us Mulattos vs. The White & Black New Zealanders, Australians, etc.

Chance, are you aware of this & would you be willing to author an article on this phenomenon?

    Peace,

“The 3rd solution is to go The Indian Route which only a few thousand Blacks are willing to do.”

Assimilation sounds like a viable plan. It would be nice if blacks could be like Jews, keep folk culture (food, music, head wraps) while adapting to Western capitalism and democracy. I just wonder if blacks are *assimilable* or if whites will always see us as outsiders because of the color of our skin, with cultural pathologies being an excuse (the flavor of the week) to avoid people who look different. If that’s the case it’s a lost cause and intermarrying is the only solution left.

  45. Chance

    @ Elle & Chef,

I do feel that intermarrying is one of the solutions that will work, white people and black men and black women will not one drop blood rule their own mixed race children. Let the intermarrying begin.

My response: You are a black American of Jamaican Caribbean descent, and you don’t have to go back to Africa. The ODR rule is the silly one drop blood rule, and many mixed race people don’t like it. It is good that you like your self Lakair. you have a right have to have children who are black or anything else you choose too make them. 51. Keita

In Boston, where I live, I do see black women with mixed looking babies. I can see them with white or if not that, a Latino. It’s all about making their babies light skin with curly hair. They hate dark skin. I can’t respect them for that.

The same ones that don’t respect black men are the ones that settle for other men. It seems that it’s easier for men from other races to get with black women. Black women seem racist against black men in general. If they light skin then might get a pass. Many times these black women dating men from other races don’t seem happy.

Over the years I have been losing much respect for black women in general and their ways. They seem to hate dark skin more than anybody. I am dark brown and I like all complexions of black women. But they have blended too much into white society. I feel that I have to seperate myself from them and their ways.

They hypocrites in ways cause they talk about black men dating outside the race or going with light skin women when they do the same.

I am at the point where I want to deal with women outside the country like Brazil.

  52. Keita

When I hear a black women say that she does not discriminate or she’ll date men from any race, from some reason I interpret that as I don’t like black men that much. Or, I like white guys.

  53. Chance

    @ Commenter 53,

Yes it is true that many black women get angry because when they see black men with white women, but yet these black women date white men it is hypocritical. I feel that part of it is because many of these black women are still heavily attracted to black men.

  54. Elle

Black women seem racist against black men in general.

Over the years I have been losing much respect for black women in general and their ways.

How is what you’re saying about black women any less “racist” than what black women say about black men? And what’s wrong with having a preference?

  55. CanadianBLK

    Hello Chance!

First, I’d like to thank you for this forum…very entertaining!!! Denise…thanks for bringing out some sort of light in this chaos. I Know, my opinion does not matter but I need to say this. I find it amusing that Americans still hang on to the race card as a crucial element in keeping social problems alive and well in the US…Chance, you are part of the Problem not the Solution!!! Calling culturally mixed children by a derogatory title such as “ MULATO” is part of the problem. Do some research on that word and you will find out!!!

Second, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A ‘PURE RACE’…what do I mean, you ask? Miscegenation isn’t a new phenomenon…it has been going on for ages…Ancient Egypt, Roman Empire, Ottoman Empire…etc. Good reading for all who would like to explore further on the topic, the series of books by J.A. Rogers ‘Sex and Race” available at Amazon online. Yes! All people on this planet have been ‘culturally mixed’ be it recent or distant.

Thirdly, There is only one race: the Human race as mentioned by Denise previously…Racial categories came in place solely to justify exploitation of non white people on the globe and especially to rationalize African Slavery, because it went against Christian moral values…since Europeans were spreading the Gospel of Christ across the Universe at the same time…the contradiction had to be justified…They use the bible Story of Noah’s son Ham as ‘proof’ to justify this; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ham,_son_of_Noah
    http://www.wehaitians.com/from%20naoh%20curse%20to%20slavery%20rationale.html
And through fake scientific ideologies (early anthropology) came up with all these ridiculous categories…

Finally, We know scientifically speaking; through DNA…we cannot tell, “Black” DNA from ‘White’ DNA or ‘Asian’ DNA and so on. (The Race Myth: Why we pretend race exists in America, Joseph Graves) So why do we categorize ourselves you asked? Because human stupidity is infinite… to sum up: “ In the sky, there is no distinction of east and west; people create distinctions out of their own minds and then believe them to be true.” Buddha

  56. Chance

    @ CanadianBLK,

Canada has the same race problem as America this is well known. Also, the word mulatto is used among those of us who claim to be mixed race or mulatto. Many blacks use the word nigga towards each other. I know the origins of the word mulatto, it is only considered offensive because it is said to have its origins in the word mule.

I am aware that scientists say that race is a social construct. Well all things or at least most things are social constructs. Social constructs are a natural part of humanity; words, organizations, schools, university, clothes, auto mobiles, etc are all social constructs. Social constructs describe people, places, things, the world us, habits, behaviors, what we consider good and evil depending on what society we come from, etc I feel a social construct is only a problem when it is created to harm people unjustifiably.

DNA is just that DNA – but don’t sit up here and say that racial groups, men, women, children, and adults are the same when it comes to behaviors, habits, maturity, reactions, physical appearance, DNA just helps build your genes and phenotype etc, and your DNA does affect your behavior in my opinion. Culture, environment, society, education, rules, ethnicity, etc are the social constructs that work with your DNA and genes these two work together for the rest of your life. Regardless of race being a social construct people from other racial groups still go by the collective behaviors, actions, society, etc when they deal with various racial and ethnic groups and these influences people more than anything else.

  57. CanadianBLK

    To your reply chance:

“Canada has the same race problem as America this is well known.”

I beg to differ: Canada does not have the same racial issues…because we do not categorize ourselves in racial terms. And what do you know about Canada or the rest of the world for that matter?

“Also, the word mulatto is used among those of us who claim to be mixed race or mulatto. Many blacks use the word nigga towards each other. I know the origins of the word mulatto, it is only considered offensive because it is said to have its origins in the word mule.”

…And this is source of pride? To categorize yourself as half horse half Donkey…because that’s what a mule is …The term comes from the Spanish-Portuguese word MULA … We all know how well those people treated their slaves including their own offsprings (conceived through rape) who could be sold at any given moment…. In history you were nothing but another piece of property…you are fighting the wrong war: Fight Patriarchy and White supremacy…do not fight yourself or half of who you are. You are nothing but a sheep…leading yourself to the slaughterhouse…read your history!!! Not just American History but the rest of the world too! ENLIHGTEN YOUR MIND!!!

“I am aware that scientists say that race is a social construct.”

I do not think you know what you are talking about here: do not generalize: Social scientists argue this not scientists(natural).

Well all things or at least most things are social constructs. Social constructs are a natural part of humanity; words, organizations, schools, university, clothes, auto mobiles, etc are all social constructs. Social constructs describe people, places, things, the world us, habits, behaviors, what we consider good and evil depending on what society we come from, etc I feel a social construct is only a problem when it is created to harm people unjustifiably.”

…Exactly…like the race issue in America…it has been ingrained in your history first with the Natives, later African slaves, Now Mexican immigrants…Don’t you see it? You are a puppet amongst a mass of happy imbeciles. That’s why you were all tricked to go to a fake war in Iraq!!

60. AP

Actually, in my humble opinion, the behavior
and perceptions that are described in this
thread really do not apply to most of and
also cannot possibly be limited to ‘the
Black women’ only — nor can it be possible
that ‘all’ or even ‘many’ of ‘the Black
women’ adhere to any such notions.

In fact, there are many people (of every
race and / or admixture) who would argue
that it is actually ‘the Black men’ (and
often, their non-Black wives and girlfriends)
who openly hold on to the very exact same
perceptions and behaviors described in the
thread, just as often, if not perhaps even
more, so than any members of the group
(‘the Black women’) described, with such
    broad-brushed generalization, in the thread.

In all honesty — few to none of any
of ‘the Black women’ that I have ever
    personally encountered would fit any
one of the descriptors that were noted
in the thread (ex. demand mixed-race
people be seen as mono-racial; have a
    contemptuous view of ‘the Black men';
have White, or other non-Black, men
leave them; are ‘angry’ women, etc.) —
particularly when ‘the Black woman’ noted
are the mothers of Mixed-Race children.

Because of this, I have quite a bit of real
difficulty understanding why ‘the Black women’
appear to be the target of such unfair and
even non-applicable criticism in the thread
(especially when the behavior and mentality
described in the thread have actually been
noted in many of ‘the Black men’ and in
even in many of their non-Black significant
others as well) — not to mention noted
in many people who are ‘White’; ‘Asian’,
    ‘Latino’ , and ‘Amerindian also.

Personally, my feeling is that, as Mixed-Race
people, it is not a good idea or even fair
for us to label or paint with a broad-brush
any given group — but it is particularly
not fair to attack a group that gets
attacked from so many sides with nary
a voice to speak up for themselves.

To paint with a broad-brush any race group
    — especially if it is based largely on our
own personal (and generally limited and
    even biased) experiences, observations
and encounters with them — is simply
an action of stereotyping and falls
dangerously close to that of bigotry.

It should be remembered, in regards to ‘the
Black women’ in whom the behaviors noted in
the thread may have been observed – that every
person on the planet bases their perceptions
and viewpoints on their experiences and their
knowledge about a given subject matter – and
that, for the women noted, perhaps many of
them may have had experiences and teachings
in life which lead to their given perceptions.

Simply because a person has had a bad
encounter or experience with one, some
or even many members of a group – is not
    cause whatsoever to broadcast broad-brush
    negative and unfair stereotype and
criticism against all of them — and
it is not most definitely not fair to
state these criticisms in such a manner that
it implies that it applies to ‘all’, ‘most’
or ‘many’ of them or ‘exclusively’ to them.

It would be one thing to say “in my
experience” or “from an situation I
observed” or “based on an encounter
or conversation I had” — when expressing
one’s views of an individual or group —
but — I do not think it is fair to simply
state emphatically that ‘the Black women’
do this, that or the other or hold onto this,
that or the other belief or points of view.

Such statements, as found in the thread,
actually come across — to both the casual
observer and especially to those of us who
    are strongly-involved in the Mixed-Race
movement — as being unfair, bigoted,
    false, angry and mean-spirited.

The comments really made seem to serve no
other purpose than to unnecessarily and
    rather unprovokedly attack and rage
against a group that is such an easy
target for attack that it seems more
    like shooting-fish-in-a-barrel
    than it does anything else.

In my experience, it has generally been
    the angry, ranting, limited-observation,
    openly-stereotyping threads of this nature
which actually do more to cause people
to be more willing to abandon offering
their support to the Mixed-Race movement
than to abandon the racist ‘one drop rule’
    — and, as a person who has been strongly
    involved in the Mixed-Race movement
for many years, threads of this nature
both deeply grieve and sadden me.

Consider it this way — if a phrase such
as ‘we Mixed-Race people’ or ‘the Black men’
or ‘the White women’, etc. — had been used
to replace that of ‘the Black women’ — the
threading would have been referred to as
an unfair stereotyping of that given group.

Thus, it is equally not fair to make such
    generalized statements about ‘the Black
women’ — as if they are statements of
fact about ‘all’ or ‘even’ most of them.

None of us are in a position to criticize any
person or group – based simply on their having
a set of beliefs or points of view that are
from those of our own — and, rather than
    publicly attacking, labeling, criticizing
and stereotype any one group, everyone should
simply work on dialoging with and educating
the masses (of all racial groups and every
admixture therein) on our points of view.

No offense to anyone on this board –
I just wanted to share my thoughts
and observations on the given thread.

    @ AP,

In fact, there are many people (of every
race and / or admixture) who would argue
that it is actually ‘the Black men’ (and
often, their non-Black wives and girlfriends)
who openly hold on to the very exact same
perceptions and behaviors described in the
thread, just as often, if not perhaps even
more, so than any members of the group
(’the Black women’) described, with such
    broad-brushed generalization, in the thread.

My response: There are more black men and non white women currently dating and marrying. There are fewer black women and non black men dating and marrying currently (this will change as time goes on). Everything has it opposite in the opposite sex behavior wise.

    @ AP,

After reading your comment decided I would put a disclaimer at the top of the essay letting it be known that it only applies to a certain of black female. Thank you for your input. I hope the disclaimer will help shine some light on the essay and let it be known that it does no apply to all black women who marry white men.

My response: No offense taken, I am glad you are sharing and giving participation. I am learning from your participation and links also. Please keep up. I need to be kept on my toes, and have people who disagree with me voice their thoughts because sometimes something can be learned.

An error can be corrected etc etc etc.

    Thank you, AP

when will the people of America stop buying into the notion that we are all so different. My skin color is white an my ancestors came here long after slaves hand been brought to this country. When the Irish came to this country to escape the famine the English had created by selling our crops to europe. Who fought theCivil War, not the people who held land and power. The majority of the soldiers who died fighting for the North were African American ex-slaves or new immigrants such as the Irish. Read the newspapers from the late 1800 to the 1920. The racist system in America has always tried to divide people according to race or color. As long as we remain devided and blame each other we will always be weak and people like George Bush will exploit us. I have worked and lived with many people from many backgrounds. I think we are all pretty much looking for the same things in life. Lets stop letting the few who hold power tell us what we should think of each other.

Many times these black women dating men from other races don’t seem happy.

ok.i am married to a white man and we do have 2 little girls(age 2 and 3)..and no it was not all about making light skinned curly head babies..i married my husband because i loved him and because i was happy with him.and u live in boston..i have been to boston on many occasions in the past(with my husband on business trips).and my family did not get stared at and critisized as much as they do in texas..me and my husband have been together for about 6 years and i still get ignorant people coming up to me telling me that “i can always come home”,or”you just want some mixed babies”…and No i do not hate dark skin..i am a medium brown color and i love my skin i think it is the most beautiful thing in the world and i think that black people are beautiful..and just because i married a white man and had biracial children does not mean im filled with self hate.its so easy for people on the outside to look in and assume things…and also i am not racist against black men either..its just that most black men only want black women if they are light skinned or if they just look mixed in general..and for as long as i can remeber i have always attracted white men,and thats ok.i was not going to just sit around lonely waiting for some “black man” to save me..life is too short for all that…and just so you know i am very happy with my husband and i love my beautiful (biracial)daughters.

to Chance the author of this article, to say say am disappointed is to say that i liked this rubbished. word cant begin to express my disappointment.

The thing that gets to me is that assumption that all blacks in the world thinks the same way the African American do with respect to race relation and the classification og mix people. Am African british, and most of my black friends both from african and the caribbean and else where, would never consider Mix race people as black. I never thought that Alicie Keys way black, neither did my friends. My brother is married to a white woman with to two beautiful children. in the time that they have been in this world i have never looked at them at black.

The thing that got to me about this article is the attack on black woman, and on black people in general. You what you are free to call yourself white if you are happy, but in doing so do not belittle black people in the process. I myself would never think of myself marry or dating a white people (or mix white) individual as my would love to have a very dark skin children. All i can say is good look with your quest to disassociate yourself form the black population. To think other mix people feels the same way is simple play stupid.

Response even after reading your “disclaimer”:

As usual the black woman bashing continues. I have seen more colorstruck black men dating out, procreating with non-black women and downing black women for being too dark, too nappy, etc both in the public and private arena. Black men have physically attacked and beaten white men who were in interracial relationships with black women. Yet how is it that black women are the ones seen as the colorstruck, white worshipping sellouts who hate mixed race people? I have yet to meet a black female who claims to dislike biracials, and most of my closest friends are black women. And I have met many biracials who self-identify as black, not because somebody bullied them into it, but because they chose to identify that way. It is laughable that you think black women intentionally make the lives of biracial people miserable, as if we are out to get you. Get a grip.
    _____________________________________-
“The point is that many black women in my opinion admire light skin mulattoes (mulattos) because they carry a lot of white ancestry”

“Many of them attack each other totally unprovoked and enjoy inflicting mental, emotional, and physical pain on each other. Many black women are like this too, and therefore produce lower type children whom continue unfortunately the cycle.”

“The black mother secretively wish she was a light skin mixed looking woman, but she is resentful because she was born dark skin or caramel skin black. This shows too that she is jealous of light skin women who have some black ancestry.”

    – hahaha so how many is “many” in your mind? There are about 20,000,000 black women in America, how many of us have you met to justify your statement? It looks like YOU admire white ancestry and have assumed, for whatever reason, that black women do as well. Hell, in your mind they admire it to the point that they will make lifeThe part about divorce is the grandest—Ooooo, the angry bitter black mother, so jealous and always scheming against the biracials she secretly yearns to be! LOL, your self-absorption is showing, it reads as if you fantasize about being the object of other people’s envy so much that you truly believe these black mothers will become bitter towards their own children out of jealousy towards biracials. Get over yourself…seriously. Your sweeping generalizations about black women are truly ridiculous, as is your attempt (in the 2nd-6th paragraphs) to articulate how these “mulatto hating/loving, black hating, white worshipping” black women think. You craft scenarios and thought patterns for the “bitter black women” that fit your ideology. Based on your experiences, as you claim, how many of the approximately 20,000,000 black women in the USA have you met and spoken with about this in order to understand how they think on the issue? Given that black women, just like everybody else, are a diverse, group of individuals with different minds, thoughts and processes of reasoning, the odds are that they don’t all think alike, nor do they probably agree with the complex and bizarre thought pattern you’ve PROJECTED onto them. You have projected your ideas about black women onto “many” of them, many out of the appx 20,000,000 residing in this country. I respect the fact that this is your website, but you are publicly drawing erroneous conclusions about a demographic group that I MYSELF belong to and that is why I am calling your bullsh*t on it. And you obviously want people to read your opinion piece which is why it’s on a public website for anyone to access, so spare people the “It’s my website, if you don’t like it don’t read it” nonsense.

well can you blame black women, if this is indeed the case? it would be smarter for black women to marry out because that way their children will be guaranteed to be beautiful and not ugly, like we black women naturally are. we have ugly hair, ugly skin and facial features. we look like ogres. any other race but black mixed in makes the kids look a million times improved. hopefully one day we’ll cease to exist.
